Goodison Park, situated in the Walton area of Liverpool, England, stands 2 miles (3 km) North of the City centre. Serving as the home ground for Premier League club Everton since 1892, it boasts an all-seated capacity of 39,414.
Renowned for its history, Goodison Park has hosted more top-flight games than any other Stadium in England. It has also been the site of an FA Cup Final and numerous International fixtures, including a semi-final match in the 1966 World Cup.
Initially, Everton had plans to vacate Goodison Park and move to the new Stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock in 2024. However, they have since opted to depart their longstanding home after the 2024–25 season, coinciding with the redevelopment of the Goodison Park site.

Directions from the North and South:
Take the M6 and exit at junction 26 onto the M58, continuing until the end. At the gyratory, turn left to join the M57 Junction 7. Exit the M57 at Junction 4, turning right into East Lancashire Road (A580). Proceed across Queen’s Drive onto Walton Lane. Goodison Road is less than a mile ahead on the right.
Alternative route from the North:
From the M6, exit at Junction 26 onto the M58, continuing to the end. At the gyratory system, take a quarter turn around, turning left onto the A59 Ormskirk Road. Follow as it becomes Rice Lane, then over the roundabout onto County Road. After three quarters of a mile on County Road, turn left onto Spellow Lane, then left onto Goodison Road. Goodison Park is on the right.
Alternative route from the North:
From the M6, exit at Junction 21a onto the M62 toward Liverpool. Follow to the end and turn right onto the A5058 Queen’s Drive. After 4.5 miles, at the roundabout junction with the A59, turn left onto County Road. After three quarters of a mile on County Road, turn left onto Spellow Lane, then left onto Goodison Road. Goodison Park is on the right.
Directions from the East:
Take the M62, exit at Junction 6 onto the M57, then left onto the A59 Ormskirk Road. Follow the same route as from the north.
Directions from the West:
From the M53, continue to Wallasey and follow Liverpool via the Kingsway Mersey Tunnel. Turn left at the end onto Scotland Road, then take the right fork onto the A58 Kirkdale Road. Follow for two miles and Goodison Park will be ahead of you.
A resident parking scheme operates in the vicinity of Goodison Park, and it is rigorously enforced. Avoid parking on-road in these areas to prevent potential fines, clamping, or removal of your vehicle.

The available pies include cheese and onion, scouse pie, and steak pie, each priced at £2.50. Additionally, a kid’s drink, crisps, sausage roll, and a Milky Way would amount to £4.00, which is quite reasonable. Furthermore, a chocolate bar and hot drink combination would set you back £2.90. Lager is available for purchase at £3.60 for a 600mL bottle, although alcohol service ceases 15 minutes before kick-off.
The 919 service operates directly to and from Liverpool City Centre to Goodison Park, while Stagecoach's Soccerbus Service operates between Sandhills train station and Goodison Park.

Goodison Park is situated within a densely residential area. Road closures will be enforced before and after kick-off, potentially impacting drop-offs and pick-ups. These closures will be reinstated shortly before the final whistle and are expected to last for 15-20 minutes, varying based on crowd density.
Typically, they reach Goodison Park approximately two hours before kick-off, parking near the Park End. They are enthusiastic about meeting fans along the Players Parade route, happily signing autographs and posing for photos as supporters make their way into the stadium.
