St Andrew’s, now officially referred to as St. Andrew’s @ Knighthead Park due to sponsorship reasons, is a football stadium situated in the Bordesley District of Birmingham, England. It has served Birmingham City Football Club for over a century. Between 2018 and 2021, it was named St Andrew’s Trillion Trophy Stadium.

 

The stadium has been the host of England international football matches at all levels below the senior national team, as well as FA Cup Semi-final matches and finals of minor competitions.

 

It served as Coventry City’s home ground during the 2019-20 and 2020-21 seasons. Additionally, the stadium has been used for other sports, such as rugby union and professional boxing, and has recently become a venue for music concerts.

Driving to St. AndrewsFrom the M6, exit the motorway at Junction 6, join onto the A38 Aston Expressway. Leave this at the second exit signposted ‘Ringroad’ and follow signs from here to Birmingham City FC.

From the M42, exit at Junction 6 and follow the A45 into Small Heath. You will see Birmingham City FC located on the left hand side of Cattell Road.

If you are following a SAT-NAV, then please remember that the main entrance to the stadium is on Cattell Road.

Food and Drink Information in St. AndrewsAn excellent range of food is available for supporters throughout their food outlets on matchdays. Pick up items such as pukka pies, burgers, hot dogs, vegetarian dishes, chips, confectionery and a range of hot/cold and alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks.

Meal deals are available, with prices starting at £7.50. At the kiosks you can grab a pie, hot or cold drink and a snack for £7.50, a burger or hot dog, hot or cold drink and a snack for £8.30 or a pie and a pint for £8.30.

There are also street food vendors located around the stadium for pre-matchday selections, ranging from Caribbean, loaded fries and Greek to Indian and Thai dishes.

Bus: There are plenty of bus stops around the stadium or close to the venue. From Birmingham City Centre, the following buses are available: Bus number 17 (Stand MS 9), Bus numbers 58, 59, 60 (Stand MS 4).

Train: The nearest local railway station to the stadium is Bordesley, which is only a short 10 minute walk to St Andrews. However, the service is only available on matchdays. The next closest stations are Birmingham New Street, Birmingham Snow Hill or Birmingham Moor Street, which are located about a 20 minute walk away from the ground.
